1. No Refunds on Innerwear
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on innerwear (including inner dagu, inner shirts, and handsocks) unless the item is defective.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Refund Process
Contact our support team with your order details and a photo of the issue.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
5. Sale Items
Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange (subject to availability).
