Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM (MYT) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Within Malaysia

• Standard Shipping (WM) – RM8 (3-5 business days)

• Standard Shipping (EM) – RM12 (5-7 business days)

International Shipping

• Shipping fees vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

• Delivery time: 7-14 business days depending on the country.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your order on our website or the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

• In the case of delivery issues due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at hello@ourah.com.my with your order number.

• Ourah Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos as proof.
